These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [4] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

ITEM: VESA membership status
Lyude sent out emails to various mailing lists to see who all is interested, so
far there's a pretty significant number of people who'd like a membership (>10
so far).
ACTIONS: Need to get back to the VESA board with a list of everyone who wants a
membership.

ITEM: X.org/Freedesktop.org Domain status
The domain registration for freedesktop.org accidentally lapsed for a brief
period of time, but has since been renewed for 5 years. It has not yet been
transferred over to SPI. Regarding x.org, the domain has been paid for but has
not yet been transferred over to SPI.
ACTIONS: Daniel will poke SPI next week

ITEM: Sponsored travel receipts
We're still missing the travel receipts from a bunch of attendees we sponsored
for XDC 2019.

ITEM: XDC2019 Sponsor Invoicing
SPI is still working on dealing with Intel's silly invoicing process, ARM should
be in the process of paying

Daniel Vetter's already gotten a bunch of responses from potential sponsors,
mostly asking to ping them later when we have a better idea of cost.

ITEM: CoC training for members
Lyude has found a date for one of the people interested in CoC training. The
other interested person isn't going to be able to make any of the dates for this
year, so we'll need to wait for Otter Tech to get back to us once they have
dates for next year.
