FWIW, the NetBSD infrastructure is hosted at ISC as well and all I can 
say is that they provide a superb service with very good and stable 
bandwith (100 MBit/s in the NetBSD case).

Personally I think that US$ 3000 could be spend wiser by an opensource 
project like ours than for expensive hosting.
