Yeah, SPI has grown to a size where they just need some professional
staff to run the show. They've done that for book-keeping and
invoicing, and I think after the complete book-keeping/accounting
revamp they've done that seems to work a lot better now. Same is going
on on the domain side (with delegations to projects on gandi.net), but
very slowly. But if things don't improve steadily I think we do have
to look at other options wrt umbrella orgs eventually.
