Ok. Respectful and well-working... Right... For whom?

Anyway, i cannot wait for the increased sponsorship revenue, and 
apparently reduced inclination for transparency and accountability, to 
lead us straight back to the previous decade, with closed meetings, no 
reports, and excesses like board members using xorg funds to buy 
eachother alcohol.

This will then effectively reduce sponsorship money to just buying 
favours.
