Hi All,


Please find below a proposed schedule for the Xorg Board of Directors 
Elections for the 2024 year. This schedule is not final yet, but 
provided here for feedback & discussion.


Ask for renewls/new members: Mon  February 5 (W6)
Nomination period Start: Mon February 12 (W7)
Nomination period End: Mon February 26 (W9)
Publication of Candidates & start of Candidate QA: Mon March 4 (W10)
Deadline of X.Org membership application or renewal: Mon March 7 (W10)
Election Planned Start: Mon March 11 (W11)
Election Planned End: Mon March 25 (W13)
Election committee presents results: Fri March 29 (W13) - This may need 
adjusting due to Easter Week
Results published to the membership: Fri March 29 (W13) - This may need 
adjusting due to Easter Week
