X.Org BoD meeting minutes 2024-08-21

Also a heads up for people following along as I didn't figure this out until
after sending the minutes: one of our members pointed out that none of the
meeting minutes or summaries have been posting. It looks like for whatever
reason, even though minutes and summaries are being pushed and the wiki is
regenerating - the new generated pages are not actually displaying on the
wiki.

We're currently looking into why this is, and it should be fixed soon.
