2024 X.Org Board of Directors Election voting OPEN

Minor correction: the original email you can read below there's a
sentence mentioning changes to the by-laws in point 4:

"...you duplicated a selection or did not answer the By-laws approval
question..."

This is a copy-paste error from the email we sent last year, when we had
a by-laws change that needed voting on. There's no by-laws change this
year.

Sorry for the confusion.
