These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [4] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

All speakers confirmed. By the end of the week Ricardo will upload the schedule
for the conference, we need to check if any speakers want to go virtual. Still
waiting for more info on one travel sponsorship request. Also currently helping
organizers with things like coffee breaks. Also - we have no RFPs for anywhere
in Europe! If you would like to host and are in Europe, please let us know! If
you're a certain person who occasionally reads these notes for the purpose of
maintaining a Linux-oriented news outlet - you know who you are ;) - please let
the masses know about this excellent hosting opportunity!

Codeweavers had mentioned that trying to enforce vaccination would probably be
too logistically challenging, so we ended up deciding on just sticking with
masks instead.
