2017 X.Org Board of Directors Elections Nomination period is NOW

Due to a lack of nominations, we have decided to extend the nomination
and renewal period.  The new election schedule is listed below:

19 Feb 2017 Nomination period begins
12 Mar 2017 Nomination period ends
12 Mar 2017 Publish slate of candidates
12 Mar 2017 Deadline for new membership applications and renewals
12 Mar 2017 Nominee Q&A period begins
19 Mar 2017 Nominee Q&A period ends
19 Mar 2017 Election period begins
02 Apr 2017 Election period ends
03 Apr 2017 Election committee presents results to the current X.Org
board for certification
03 Mar 2017 Results published to the membership
