2017 X.Org Board of Directors Elections Nomination period is NOW

Will we get (from 4.18 in the bylaws):

(i) Annual financial report, prepared by the Treasurer and approved by 
the Board; and
(ii) Annual State of the Organization report, prepared by the Secretary 
and approved by the Board.

this year, for a change?

It's been quite a few years since we last saw those, but perhaps now 
that the day to day stuff was transferred to SPI, the directors are 
finally freed up to provide this info.

Soon it will be 60d since the end of the fiscal year, so there is still 
time to actually meet the requirements of our own bylaws. But it would 
be nice to have this info before the elections, the QnA or the 
nomination period, so the members have something that to base their
votes/questions/nominations upon.
