New X.Org secretary: Daniel Vetter

I'm happy to announce that Daniel Vetter will take over the role of
Secretary for the X.Org Foundation, effective now. Please welcome Daniel in
his new role.

The change was approved by the board in the meeting on Sep 16 2015.
