X.Org BoD meeting minutes 2015-06-11

These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [3] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

Looking into openshift as replacement for our ageing expo

ITEM: expo.x.org
openshift looks the most attractive replacement so far. It can be free for
non-profits and takes most of the sysadmin stuff away. TODO list is:
- evaluate platform requirements for the current software
- figure out how to get a free account
- set up a test system
- set up and test backups
- test migration to another system
ACTIONS: Work through the checklist above

ITEM: EVoC
Last week's tentatively approved EVoC application to port Glean tests to the
piglit framework is on hold, the mentor is unavailable at this time and a
new mentor is needed.
ACTIONS: Applicant to find a new mentor and re-submit
STATUS: Complete
