X.Org BoD meeting minutes 2015-07-09

These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [3] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

EVoC proposal to port Glean tests to the piglit framework (re)approved.
Migration of expo still ongoing, GSoC students successfully passed midterms.

ITEM: expo.x.org
openshift test installation, still sorting out email routing. We'll try for
an authenticated smtp relay through fdo. the two mailing lists (board@ and
members@) will be transferred to be hosted on fdo as well.
ACTIONS: Rob C and Keith P to coordinate with the fdo admins

ITEM: EVoC
Brian P is happy to mentor Juliet for her proposal, porting
Glean tests to the piglit framework. This project was already approved
pending mentor acceptance in May but the original mentor was unavailable for
the timeframe.
ACTIONS: Matt D to notify Juliet and Brian

ITEM: GSoC
Midterm evaluation time, all our students have passed.
ACTIONS: None
