Results of the 2015 Election to the X.Org BoD & Vote on the By-Law Changes

The reason for me not voting was mostly because I've been busy with
college as of late, and I didn't feel like it was right to vote on
something that I didn't have the right knowledge on. Had I known that
such a majority was required and wasn't going to be provided by anyone
else though, I would gladly squeeze in the time to go through the
by-laws and make an educated vote.
