X.Org BoD meeting minutes 2014-01-10

These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [3] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

== Summary ==
First meeting in the new year, with not too much on the agenda. FOSDEM is
coming up and we're about to get the Board of Directors nominations going
before that.

As a belated update: the 2013-12-19 meeting was canceled, everybody was
busy, hence no minutes were sent out.

ITEM: NRAI fee
Annual fee for our registered agent (nrai.com) is due, see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Registered_agent for more info.

ITEM: FOSDEM presentation
Martin P is giving a talk about the state of the Foundation at FOSDEM.

ITEM: X.Org Board of Directors election
Board election is upon us soon, the current plan to get the nominations
out got a bit delayed, but they'll be out soon.
