X.Org Foundation: The nomination period has ended, let's start the Q&A period!

Hi everyone,

As you might have noticed, we are a week behind schedule for the 
election of the board. This is because I mistakenly allowed for an extra 
week in the nomination period. Sorry.

This year, we have 4 candidates for 4 seats but we still need a ballot 
for verification that enough members find the selection acceptable.

The candidates are:
- Alex Deucher
- Matt Dew
- Egbert Eich
- Keith Packard

Their respective affiliations, statement of contributions and personal 
statements are available at

The election period will open next Monday (Feb. 17, 2014) but you can 
already ask questions to the candidates by answering to this email.
