X.Org Board of Directors Election results

X.Org Foundation members:

The elections committee has provided the following results, and with no
issues raised by any voters/members since the election closed Monday, the
Board certified them at today's meeting.

We thank all our candidates for participating in this year's election, and
we thank our outgoing board member, Matthieu Herrb, for his years of
excellent service to the X.Org Foundation and it's members.

According to the members website, of the 144 current foundation members,
40 members voted this year.   This gives us 27.77% participation, barely
enough to meet the 25% quorum required.
