I'd refrained from answering while the election was ongoing, but now that
it's done...

I apologize for not finding time to prepare an annual report during the 2
years I was secretary.   However, there is little that happened that wasn't
in the IRC logs though, so you should not be "blindfolded" - only some of the
details around the 501(c)3 paperwork that were kept confidential to preserve
our attorney/client privilege or member's privacy were left out of the
IRC discussions, but the overall status of that work can be found in the logs.

If I remember correctly, financial reports have been presented to the
membership during the conferences, and Stuart has mentioned the balance of
funds in a couple of the meetings, but again, this information is not easily
found for those without the patience to read through all the logs.
