For the record, I do not find this 'hugely objectionable'.

I do think that the newly elected board should use this
as a spur to address the concerns with transparency and finances.

Additionally, I would like to suggest that the board add
an official 'report to members' task to their todo list.

That would then hopefully spur conversations like
this one at a time separate from elections.

If the membership does not feel that the new board
fully addresses the concerns that have been raised, then
there will be a very easy way to address that when the next
election cycle comes around.
