[Members] Truly unhappy situation re extension of nomination period

OK!

It has just come to my attention that apparently my email
announcing a re-opening of nominations for the X.Org
Foundation Board election, sent to the members at x.org email
list last week, was just now delivered to the general
membership due to brokenness in the email list software.

Exciting.

So---it looks like we'll most likely be re-opening
nominations for a third period.  Please give us a day or so
to figure out the dates and procedure.

My sincere apologies for the fiasco.
