[Members] Final call: Nominations for X.Org Foundation Board

If this nomination process requires the participation of people, like
me, who can be notified only via the list members at x.org , then of course
the nomination period must be defined at least by the first announcement
to that list, and not by whatever the "intentions" might have been if
they were not executed properly. Even if the extra time produces no more
nominees, a credible process must offer the opportunity properly.
