thank you very much for your offer!

Well, we'd need somebody to handle the organization (ie. 
take charge of allocating and hauling of hardware, and 
organize other show material.) Also preinstalling some
demos wouldn't be bad as doing this on the show can be
a hassle.
If I went I'd probably go by train thus I could only bring 
a limited amount of stuff with me. Everything else would 
have to be organized by a local person or someone who had 
the proper logistics to haul it to Berlin.
We'd also need someone to help out on the booth over the
weekend.
