[Members] Details about upcoming election

I can add the things above.

I expect that the election committee will make this information 
available. I don't think I should add this to the BoD page as 
I don't want to interfere with the election process. Maybe 
the election committee can create a page, but I assume all Members 
will get an email with instructions and information about the 
election.
