[Members] REMINDER: Election and By-laws approval voting closes in 7 days

This is your friendly reminder to vote.  Voting is very simple.  See the
following message for instructions:

To date, we have had about a 30% turn out; however, we need more Members
to vote if we are to have a valid election and ratify the new By-laws.
The minimum turn out required by the provisional By-laws is 50%.

If you have not voted yet, please do so as soon as possible.
Remember the deadline is 23:59 GMT on 12 November 2006.
There are only 7 days left to vote.
