Maybe I just missed it, but AFAIR there was no mention at the<br>
conference that the breakfast was an experiment and that the board is<br>
seeking feedback on this. I just now read this in the board meeting<br>
minutes. But that's very much all I can say about the room for<br>
improvement section.<br>

Overall this years XDC was (again!) a great conference. The whole<br>
conference was very well run. Being able to collect the badges on the<br>
pre-conference get-together was nice, as well as the more structured<br>
schedule due to the Indico tool.<br>

As for the breakfast: I think it worked really well to get people to<br>
show up at the conference early and turning developer zombies into real<br>
humans via coffee infusion. ;) I guess people with presentations<br>
scheduled in the first morning slot had some appreciation for this.<br>
Also it added some more time to the hallway track before the busy<br>
schedule of the conference day.<br>
I'm really in favor of continuing this experiment for the next XDC, if<br>
the budget stays in the same ballpark. The expenses for the catering<br>
