These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [4] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

Lyude volunteered to be secretary again, and Emma will be treasurer. Board

ITEM: XDC2022
Videos have been split by Arek and uploaded to youtube, Roberto will be going
through and seeing if any slides are missing and nagging their respective
presenters. Regarding streaming stats, we got about 40-60 viewers on average
(one talk with 200+ viewers) on the first day We had about 50-60 people in
attendance on average IRL. The max we reached around about 80 people in the
room.
People seemed mostly happy with the organization and streaming was fine. There
were issues with the catchbox mic that made it hard for people watching
remotely
to listen in on the Q&A sections, as we didn't have access to the AV box that
would have allowed us ot hook it up to the stream. We also had some issues
with
the breakout room being way too far from the other rooms in the conference,
along with some issues with the door always being locked and requiring a
passcode to get in. Also, in the future we may want to consider spreading some
of the higher level talks across all of the days to help keep attendance high.
