These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [4] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

Virtual XDC went flawlessly, everyone seemed happy with it. Organizers are
working on uploading a separate video of each talk. We also documented
requirements for virtual conferences in our RFP. Feedback is still open, don't
forget to submit yours!

Not much to say here, board agrees to poke sysadmins to see if they'd have the
time for this.

Trevor will be attending the virutal GSoC mentor summit on October 15th for the
first time. Mark Filion pointed out a per-org initiative to increase
contributors happening this month, Trevor is unsure whether or not they'll have
the time to participate.
