These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [4] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

Eric has gotten the ledger up to date, with the exception of a couple of big
income items, and those have now been sorted out.

Unfortunately, it seems like we were too late to sign up for this. But, Trevor
is still interested in gathering more stats on the interest in this program and
starting more of an upstream conversation regarding doc ideas.

We got one slot from Google, and the student for said slot accepted it.

Current cost estimations for April are finally on track, and things are looking
good for long-term sustainable costs.
Additionally, the sponsorship from Gitlab has finally gone through
