These are the meeting minutes the X.Org Board of Directors [1] meeting.
Minutes and IRC logs are published on the wiki [2, 3].

The X.Org board meets every two weeks on Thu/Fri (depending on your
timezone) in the #xf-bod IRC channel on irc.oftc.net. Please refer to the
X.Org Google calendar [4] for time and date of the next meeting.

For any issues that need to come to the attention of the board please email
me or board at foundation.x.org and we will add it to the agenda for the next
meeting.

No update yet from SPI, poked one of the SPI folks handling this directly on
IRC and sent another email out to the board.

others who they think they should be able to convince

Our student is doing well, and the next deadline is August 24th when final
evaluations start.

ITEM: XDC2019 sponsor invoicing
No response from Intel yet since they received the invoice, but it sounds like
the timeline we should expect at this point is around 60 days.

The decision was made to use a combination of Jitsi, OBS, and IRC for hosting
the conference virtually.

Board voted to approve motion to open call for venue proposals for where to host
XDC2021.

ITEM: Cloud hosting for freedesktop.org
Benjamin has been working to help prepare for moving over more services to
Packet, we also found another potential hosting sponsor.
