So...
Why is a non board member sent on CoC training? What are the
prerequisites for sending standard Xorg members to such training?
I had hoped that the move to SPI would bring increased transparency and
accountability. What we got instead is financial reports which are 5
months after the end of the financial year. There is sadly no current
requirement in the bylaws to hold elections at a given time, which
totally detaches elections from the performance of the existing board
members.
Similarly, i had hoped that fd.o integration would lead to increased
transparency and accountability. I have seen none of those so far. All i
have seen so far is someone, who has been known to abuse his role as
admin of fd.o, having Xorg sponsor money spent on, for no reason that i
have seen a good explanation for yet.
