## Items discussed

[[!format txt """
ITEM: VESA membership
VESA board responded to our email and is looking for a list of people who would
actually be interested in getting access to specs.
ACTIONS: Need to send out some emails to various mailing lists and see who all
is interested
STATUS: Pending

ITEM: CoC training for members
We currently have interest from two people. Send out emails to a couple of
mailing lists already, still looking for suggestions for additional people who
might be interested.
ACTIONS: Lyude to coordinate time slots for the two people interested.
STATUS: Pending

ITEM: Khronos conformance testing for etnaviv
Khronos clarified how this is supposed to be done - essentially we
don't have to care about what hw vendors do as they will get their own
conformance stamp. Mail/tweet/phoronix article all got out to sufficiently
announce this.
ACTIONS:
STATUS: Done

ITEM: X.Org domain ownership
SPI hasn't contacted Keith yet
ACTIONS: Daniel Vetter will try bumping it again next week.
STATUS: Pending

ITEM: XDC2019 Sponsor Invoicing
ARM and Intel still blocked, waiting on SPI
ACTIONS: Eric Anholt to poke sponsors
STATUS: Pending

ITEM: XDC2020 Sponsors
ACTIONS: Daniel Vetter to send out emails to sponsors
STATUS: Pending

ITEM: Throwable Mics ("Catch Boxes")
For reference, we're talking about these things:
https://www.getcatchbox.ch/produkte/
Since XDC is becoming a larger conference, it was suggested that we start
borrowing these from the Linux Foundation and using them at conferences so we
don't have trouble with microphones like we have in the past. Approved by the
board
ACTIONS:
STATUS: Done

ITEM: Sponsored travel receipts
Voted on the receipts of some XDC attendees who were sponsored by us, approved.
