Yes, this is normal.
The name for the ballot is actually the whole ballot text. This is a
limitation (or at least it was perceived by me as this when I did the
ballot administration) of the current system.

That said, if you read closely, it's actually clear that your vote has been
tallied ("Vote cast for XXX", XXX being the ballot text).
