X.Org Board Meetings moved to Thursdays, starting April 28

The new membership of the X.Org Board has determined that Thursdays
at 2pm US/Pacific is the time most compatible with all of our schedules,
and will start meeting at that time with the next meeting, on April 28,
one week from today.

This is the same time as previous meetings, just a different day.
