"elections at foundation.x.org' was a sanitized form of
the email address <elections at foundation.x.org>.  I'll give
up and unsanitize it now. :-)  Sorry for causing confusion.

Someone should probably point http://foundation.x.org at
http://www.x.org/wiki/XorgFoundation .
