[Members] Details about upcoming election

I'm glad to see this open discussion about the foundation happening
among members and candidates.

I'm also glad to see the board becoming more open, such as the
recently posted wiki page listing board membership and a contact email
address:

	http://wiki.x.org/wiki/BoardOfDirectors

There are a few things missing from that page that are necessary for a
member to be able to make an informed decision in the election:

* When does each board members term expire?

* Which board member seats are up for election on October 30, 2006?

* Who are the candidates in the election?

* What can members expect for the election process? What are the
  procedures for casting a vote? Over what time period will the voting
  process be available?

* How should members be able to find this information? I know that some
  of it was sent in an announcement to this list, but for reference it
  would be good to have it on the website (such as the page
  above). But this page should also be linked in through the
  navigation header at http://x.org, (perhaps in the members section).
